Hair and makeup for bride

I was reading a previous thread and it said disney had cancelled any kind of hair and makeup services. Is this true? It might be old news so you'll have to catch me up. My bride will definately need someone to come and do both. I was reading about Lisa Pena and she seems to be recommended intensely. Can anyone concur?

yes it's true but most of those that Disney Fairytale Weddings used have gone out on their own.

Lisa Pena is fabulous - I have her booked for an event in December and even though I have not had her myself I have sat in on one of her Bridal sessions and I find her to be very professional and good at what she does.

I had Serena on my wedding day and I believe that she also runs her own Bridal make-up business but I am not sure of her details.

Beauty Speciale also seems popular at the moment.

Im not to sure about the whole disney part but I can totally concur on Lisa. I used her in Aug and she was awesome. I have curley hard to manage hair and she did a beautiful job, she also did great on my makeup, it look very natural. good luck

I vote Beaute Speciale! They're awesome!! They do a little more than the usual "bridal" look- I wanted to go with something a little more sexy, and they did a great job. It all depends on what she likes
