Hair ? and DH...back with pics!

Ok I have always kept my hair short and love it..now when I say short I mean chin length with bangs ...My hair is now below the chin and I want to get it cut again...however dh says he hates it and wants me to grow it out..now I ahve grown it out several times for him and I still like my short hair...what should I do??

With thin straight hair like yours, I think the shorter look is better. You and your DH should discuss why he wants your hair longer and what it would mean to him if you kept it like you have it currently. Come to some understanding that you can both live with. Good Luck!

It is your hair, you should style it the way that you like it best.

And I agree with the PP, with your kind of hair, it will always look best short. If you keep growing it out, the weight is going to drag your hair down and it will just hang flat and thin against your face. I know because I have hair like yours.

I'm not usually a short hair fan but I prefer the shorter length on you(btw-you have beautiful eyes!) Maybe you can invest in some of those mall extensions and wear them for DH sometimes

I don't know what you should say to you dh. Is he just stating his opinion or does he really have a say in your hair?? I would tell my dh to grow his own hair if he likes it so much but we've both smart-butts and he wouldn't get offended. My dh has been carrying around my Senior picture from HS hoping that I might go back to my 80's big hair....I had an outrageously big "suburban claw" That is sooooo not going to happen and we both know it......I don't understand his obsession with it.

I have the same problem with my eyes. I sometimes want to say mine are hazel but not brown because of the mix I get.

Mine are mostly blue but with green near the iris or grey overall depending on what I'm wearing or even sometimes what my mood is.

You look like you have the same type of color changing in yours.

I was actually expecting to come and not like the shorter hair as I usually don't, I find it tends to make women look older. However I think it's super cute on you and very flattering for your hair type and face shape.
Men are weird when it comes to women's hair. Most like it long, regardless of how it looks, they just like long hair. My MIL has this wild frizzy hair and she went to a salon, FINALLY, and had it tamed and straightened and she looked HOT, her husband hated it. She has gone back to the frizzy mop to please her husband. Men are strange.

I have done that several times already and every time I get it cut he says yeah i think it looks on you...but for some reason he can't get it out of his head that he thinks he likes me with longer hair but than agrees that the shorter hair is me!! I don't get it..

So in the meantime she should walk around with hair that doesn't look good on her? As if. He has to look at it, but she has to deal with it.

Guys just love long hair, don't they? I have thin hair and keep it short like your first pic which I think is much cuter than when I have it long and strangly. All my husband sees is the length and not syle. I don't care. I keep it short because it makes me feel better.

Oh, and I prefer yours short, too!

I can't see the pictures so I don't know how bad it does look. I was only suggesting that so that maybe the DH could see that he was wrong and agree with her that she looks better with short hair. However since she has tried this method and it doesn't work then go get it cut.
