Yes, he was cold, even though it was 95 degrees plus high humidity! We took him out right after that, and wrapped him in a towel.

Thanks! He is a papillon and will be 5 months old tomorrow! He has been the best puppy, I highly recommend this breed! He is already potty trained, doesn't chew things, and doesn't need his crate anymore!
