It takes DCL 7 to 10 business days to credit the card that was used. Depending on you billing cycle, it may take a couple of statements to appear.

It's always smart to call your credit card company in a couple of weeks to confirm that it's in their system.

Thanks for your reply! I used my debit card, and it's usually been that when the company credits the card, it shows up in a day or two, so I'll keep checking online.

When I cancelled our cruise it took about seven business days for the money to be credited. It was a very quick process. I think debit cards are even faster than credit cards, but I am not positive.

When I used this TA agent and had to cancel, the same thing happened to us. BUT with the other cruises (I sometimes book 2 dates if I am not sure of our vacation week, and then cancel one once I know when we can go) I would get my money back in 7-10 days. This long turnaround time with All Seasons Travel is on their end, not Disney's.
