Since June 21st of last year (my 9 year anniversary) I started eating 1 meal a day. I usually eat around 3 pm. I know it is unconventional and most people think it is wrong but I really don't watch what I eat for my meal and no I don't have an eating disorder. I really never ate breakfast before and now I just eat lunch a little later and dinner a little earlier. About 2 months ago I started exercising with some friends for an hour Mon-Fri mornings and since then I have added some snacks (healthy..fruit/veggies) midmorning and late afternoon. I have hit a plateau and am hoping to get my weightloss going again...I have been stuck at 30 pounds down for about 2 months. Trust me it is hard in the beginning (1st 2-3 weeks) to eat one meal but after that it doesn't really matter.
