Had this ever happened to anyone?

My husband and I got on the bus marked Magic Kingdom on the front at the All Star Movies. Well as we were driving along the driver got on the intercom and asked if anyone was going to CR breakfast. Then she asked if anyone was going to the Poly hotel, then she asked if anyone were going to the GF for breakfast. Some people answered that they were. She then proceeds to drive to each hotel and drop them off. I thought that was nice of her but don't they have certain buses marked character breakfast on them? Just wondering has this happened to anyone else before?

We never saw a bus marked "Character Breakfast". When we did our early morning tours, we were just told the "early" park buses were for the character breakfasts and that we should take one for our tour. We took an early MK bus for a KTTK Tour and for our Segway Tour in January we took the earliest EPCOT bus.

Thereused to be busses marked "Character Breakfasts" about 4 years ago. For whatever reason, they dropped the name and now you just get on the appropriate park "area" bus for your early morning PSs.

FYI, if you have an early morning PS at the BC, you take the MGM bus.

Just curious if anyone got on those busses at those resorts to go to MK. It could be that those people are told to use that bus to get to their character breakfasts. Then it is the bus driver's responsibility to make sure to ask. Just an idea and maybe I'm really off base.

This is our first time staying at a resort and we are wondering about the busses. Do they travel beween resorts? We will be at ASMo and are going to the My Disney Girl Tea Party at GF. Will we have to switch between bus and monorail to get there??

You should take the bus to the MK and then hop on the monorail to GF. Have a fun trip!

I have never experienced that adventure!!! Always had to hop on the monorail resort line. . .or take a boat depending on which resort I ws going to.

To be more specific about your question No there are no busses that go from resort to resort. You need to go to a park and change transportation. If you want to go to one of the monorail resorts take the bus to the MK and take the resort monorail, be sure that you go up the ramp marked "resort" or it will only stop at TCC.
