Had pin but booked for date not offered

I called and asked if we had a pin associated with our name. To be honest, we get pins very frequently. They said yes, and I booked a 35% off a moderate from 10/30-11/07. The next day, I got a post card with a pin offer but it did not include the time I booked. (first two weeks in November blocked). Just wondering how they gave me the discount. Should I call and question?

If you have your confirmation with the correct dates and the correct amounts, I don't know if I would.

Sometimes, they will tell you that dates are blocked out but then rooms are released during the black out period.

The other piece is to make sure that you did indeed get the discount for all the dates of your trip.

If you receive the confirmation and it is the 35% off rate be sure to take it with you. Last April upon check-in they claimed we still owed about $60. I had the confirmation letter with me stating a zero balance which was paid in full upon booking. They had to honor it.
