Had My Phone Planning Session!!!

I just got of the phone with Ken Weaver, we had a 2 hr conversation. This was our 1st planning session. He had a bunch of great ideas, we picked the

The Hamptons Brunch
Fruit Yogurt with Granola, Bananas and Sliced Strawberries
Caesar Salad Station with Choice of Shrimp or Chicken
Chef preparing Omelets and Eggs to order, with smoked Ham, Fresh Herbs, Cheddar Cheese, Mushrooms, Peppers & Onions
Smoked Ham with Bourbon and Honey Glaze
Smoked Bacon and Breakfast Sausage
Belgian Waffles served with Warm Maple Syrup
Orange Poppyseed Loaves, Buttery Croissants, Cream Cheese & Raspberry Danish

We decided on the Illuminations Dessert Party:For the Child in You
Florida Lemon Bars, Double Chocolate Brownies
White Chocolate Chip with Macadamia Nut Cookies and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Chewy Rice Crispy Treats and Chocolate Marshmallow Squares
Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Hot Tea and Lemonade
**Add on Tuxedo Strawberries**

We are doing a Bill on Consumption Bar because it is a brunch there won't be too heavy of drinking, we are adding mimosas, bloody mary's & a punch.

We are having a violinist at SBP for the ceremony. I booked with Emily at Charming Events for Floral, Randy Chapman for photography & Kyla Feely at A Cut Above for Video.

I did add on Mickey & Minnie as a splurge but we will see how the rest of the budget works, we might nix Minnie.

We are doing the Bus Charter & a limo for us. We are using our comp night the 1st night of our stay because we rented a 2 bedroom Villa @ Beach Club.

Hmmm I'm sure there is so much more....Yayyy! I'm so excited!

That sounds great. Brunch is always my favorite. Not sure if I will be a Disney bride or not but if so I also want a brunch and IllumiNations Desert Party. Where are you having your brunch and (if you don't mind) what is the approximate cost of this.

$40.95 with a 50 person min (might be a few dollars more - waiting for the final quote) at Ariel's located at the Beach Club.

There is another brunch menu a step above that is $56.95 with a 50 person min.
