Ok, I have had two strokes in the past, and two back surgeries, then this past May I had another TIA and with all this I have a lot of neuropathy in my right leg/foot. No feeling in the right leg/foot. The upshot is I have a great deal of trouble walking and standing for any length of time right now. With our trip over a year away I am hoping to be able to navigate, but with the time looming close to make ressies very close we have been discussing where to make those ressies.
Here is some of what we have discussed, I want to stay at POFQ, first reason, small resort and only one bus stop, if I have to use ECV, will be easier with only one bus stop.
Daughter wants to stay at Carribean, draw back multiple bus stops and huge resort. I do not have a clue where in the many buildings would be my best pick.
I can and do walk, just feel at this time, the parks will be to much and the ECV is going to be necessary for me while at Disney and am looking at renting one for the duration rather than at the park each day.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

), or else they'd say the lift was broken. There were many times that week, we sat through bus after bus who couldn't get us on for one reason or another. After that trip my mom swore she'd never go back to WDW again. In fact, the bus transportation at PORS while using an ECV was so bad, that when we came back I wrote a long post about it here on the DIS. CBR has alot of bus stops just like PORS does (in fact it has two more). No way would I ever stay there if I had my mom with me.
