That's just typical of our times, you could end up being the one that gets in trouble and seen as the aggressor...... he probably knew there was nobody around.

Thats just so typical of the world we live in today, it makes me so angry it always the innocent that seem to come of the worst. Dont worry - did you report it to your employer?

sadly the building trade is all self employed.could met him on any job.As long as my main contractor do`s not put him on same job would be ok.
As we work on price work it always gets heated if there are problems,trying to recterfy mistakes
The job we were on just wanted us to finsh the job,there deadline is next fri,so they just whant to complete.As soon as police involved just wanted shut of us both

well this morning at 7.40 he was arested,and taken in for questioning, but as there was no outher evedance,excep my word aganst his.they had to let him go.to me being arested was good enougth
plus if he gets into trouble again its there

Good to hear he was arrested and as you say with your word against his, CPS would never entertain a charge if he denied it or made up some 'reason' for the assault to have happened like 'you went for him'. As you say though it is recorded as a matter that he has been arrested for.
