Where do you mainly buy your health and beauty items, like shampoo, toothpaste, and OTC medications, etc.?

Drugstores like Walgreens, supermarkets, mass retailers like Walmart, Dollar General or wherever.

I buy the bulk at Walmart or Target, and others at Shop Rite or Giant. They have the best prices and their selection is pretty good.

The only time I buy at Walgreens, CVS, etc. is for something more specialized. Their prices for general items are high and I don’t feel like their using apps or coupons to get better deals. I only have apps for the supermarkets.

I typically go between Kroger, Costco, and Amazon. On rare occasion, Target will be the winner.

I tend to buy a lot at once when it is at a low price. Costco is always in bulk so I makes it easy. Amazon, I will typically buy 4-5 more so I won't need it for a while. Same with Kroger because when they are the low price winner it is with a sale price plus an added digital coupon you can use up to 5 times.

Mostly Costco. For spur of the moment items there's a grocery store, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart within a 6 minute drive. I agree that the prices at CVS and Walgreens for OTC items is a bit much.

Costco, CVS, and Amazon. I can't find my foundation or razor blades in stores anymore, but Amazon has them.

I mainly get them at either ShopRite or Acme when I'm doing the grocery shopping because it's just convenient to do so.

CVS usually. It's super close our house (like down the end of the block) and I use the app so get a ton of coupons. Usually at least 25% off my purchase so that helps with pricing. The more coupons I use the higher value ones they email me. If I notice a great sale on something at Shoprite I will pick it up during my weekly grocery shop.

Are their receipts still several feet long? I went to one on a camping trip and bought a single item. I couldn't believe how long that receipt was! I used it to start my fire that evening. :)

Most OTC products we get at CVS cause my husband gets them free with his Medicare Advantage plan. Other health and beauty items we either get at Walmart or Sam’s Club.

Costco for shampoo and conditioner, soap, and regularly-used OTC meds. We probably go to Costco every 6 weeks or so. We do our weekly shopping at a large, regional, grocery/department store (Meijer), so I buy most other things there... but will go to specialty stores or online if I'm looking for something specific that I can't get there. We have a CVS drugstore close to our house, but I only go there if I need something fast.

i used to get all the otc meds we used regularly in the big bottles at costco (waited till they were on sale and stocked up) but our insurance gives us each $280 per year for otc meds and the easiest place to use it is walmart so they get that buisness. shampoo is generaly walmart as well (best prices). toothpaste/tooth brushes/mens deoderant-dollar store (same name brand/lower per unit cost than elsewhere), women's deoderant :rotfl: i have several years worth b/c when avon would have a sale i would buy a ton (just looked-the stuff i paid 99 cents for is around 3.60 nowo_O)

I don't ever print them out anymore. I either pick to have the receipt emailed to me or no receipt at all. I always do self checkout and it gives you the option. I think if you print them they are still super long.

We use Costco, Target, and Amazon for most things. I do walk to CVS sometimes because they send me a 40% or $ off coupon every week. The 40% off can't be used on sale items, so they are playing games. But yeah, no more receipts, the coupons are all available online to be added to my account.
