I just ordered one of these from QVC...does anyone have one? I'll be using it mostly on hardwood floors, which they said would be just great. Any real life testimonies to share?

LOVE ours. Also got it from QVC (last summer). We have ceramic tile and think it does a fantastic job! The floor dries quickly, cord is long enough to do our whole dining room, water bottle is large enough to do the kitchen/dining room/hallway without refill. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver. You will LOVE it.

Thanks! Does the cloth get super-wet? I'm worried a bit about the hardwoods...

I too bought mine from QVC about a year ago. No complaints. Love how it cleans. I have an older home with original hw floors in the kitchen, and a laundry with ceramic. It is great on both. The cord is very long, and it lasts long enough without a refill for the amount I do. It heats up quckly, but I even moisten the pad a little bit to get started even quicker. No excess water to speak of, and it's great that it is continuous and you don't have to squeeze a trigger to activate. The steam head can be removed to use on your counters or walls. I haven't used a mop with products in my kitchen since I purchased the Haan, and I find that I do the floor more often bc it's so easy.
