HA Room at BLT

I have booked a 1 BD Lake View at BLT for March 2018. My husband uses a scooter to get around and the 1 BD at SSR was very difficult for charging the thing over night. We had to put it in the foyer.
Is there more room for the scooter at BLT?
Is there photos available to see what it looks like?

BLT 1 BR is 803 sq ft, SSR 1 BR is 714 sq ft, you will have 89 additional sq ft, enjoy

An odd-numbered room would give you more space for charging in the room.

The layout is quite different from SSR and should be much easier to charge the scooter.

It all depends on the specific room. We were just in a one bedroom villa at SSR in Congress Park (first floor) that had a really huge entry way. The rest of the villa was regular sized, but the entry was very large. Almost square.

The hallways at BLT are not that wide. Last year someone in a studio left their ECV in the hallway. When the maids were working it was impossible for anyone with a wide stroller to get through. The maid had to move the cart.

Here is a typical floorplan for a BLT room on the outer portion of the "C" shaped building. These rooms are even numbered rooms and most are theme park view.



I cannot find a handicapped room layout. I think you could park an ECV in the entry way, but it would block access to the second bathroom. Plus I am not sure there are outlets in that area for you to charge it.

Have you checked the disabilities! thread? They often have photos and even measurements of rooms.
