H1N1 and leg pain?

What do you think? I'm pretty sure my DD just had the flu of some sort... bad vomiting and diarrhea for day 1, came back again on day 3 into 4, then fever of 101.5 day 5 into day 6, then slight cold with cough. We're now on day 8 and the cough/running nose continues, especially at night. She was so sick; it was scary. We had gotten the flu mist 10 days before the onset of this; the doctor was out of H1N1 vac. I don't think I'll be getting the flu mist again, though. DD was SO healthy up until this... bad illness. No appetite, very lethargic throughout.
