H&V with Fantasmic

I have an ADR for H&V to see the Fantasmic show at 3:45p. It was the only available dinner package for 7/12 even though I called on my day 90. We have 7 in our party and it is tricky. I have been reading bad reviews of H&V is it worth it? I really want to see fantasmic and not wait in line forever. Also how early should I show up for the show?

We have always done H&V with the Fantasmic package and have enjoyed it every time. I would still show up 45 - 60 minutes before the show.

Personally, H&V is one of three Disney restaurants that we will never step foot in again...and you couldn't pay us to eat at H&V. Absoutely horrible both times we went. That being said, even with the package, you still need to line up and go in where the general crowd goes (there is no separate entrance anymore). Personally, I'd just stand in line and not eat at H&V.
