H&V Fantasmic dining?

Are the H&V Fantastic dining packages being released at the 180 day mark? I've been doing some practice runs booking ADR's online(my 180 day mark is next week) and have found virtually none for the H&V Fantasmic dinner.

No dinners have been released after Nov 5 or 6. There is a whole bunch of us that are "impatiently" waiting. Rumour has it that the dinner will be Minnie's holiday dinner with characters dressed up in holiday outfits.

I have always had to call to reserve this meal instead of being able to do it online with everything else. That's probably not the norm, but it works for me.
