H/B Set Menu

I have booked the half board standard option as the Euro is so bad our trip is not till November but thought best to be safe than sorry incase it goes down further, I dont plan on upgrading at the moment so what exactly are on the set menus for the places we can eat,, I can get the regular menu off DLP food guide but would rather be more specific to exactly what we get the choice off as then it might be worth upgrading to us

Another thing I was wondering is can you use more than one voucher per person if you use them at face value? there are 2 of us going but say we wanted to eat in one of the more expensive restaurants such as the Steakhouse or Walts could we use 3 or even 4 vouchers? that way we could have a late counter service another day in exchange for a better restaurant.
