I ordered some things for my children from Gymboree on March 7. I received an email saying everything would be shipped on March 8. This was during a Gymbucks earning period.
I live in Egypt and will be back in the States on April 10 so I had everything sent to my moms.
Today I called her and asked if she had got the box, she said no. So , I looked at my order and it hasn't been shipped yet! What's worse is that Gymbucks expire TODAY!
I emailed Gymbo (their 800 # doesn't have CS on Sundays) and they emailed me a Gymbucks # with no explaination of why my order has not shipped.
Ok great. I filled my 'basket' and went to check out and my Gymbuck coupon doesn't work!
Has anyone else had this problem? I realize I should have checked on Gymbucks earlier, but I didn't. HELP!
