Gym at POFQ?

Is there a gym at Port Orleans FQ? And if not, is there maybe a running trail or something similar?

No Gym to my knowledge. You can jog round the resorts on the path next to the river. I did this last year and I was pretty tired

There is no gym, but the jog around the resort and to the other part PORS is a nice distance - when I went there I went bike riding every day.

You can use the gm at the GF Spa for a daily or weekly fee as well. My DH is a marathon runner, and the running path at PO is his favorite at WDW.
