GV at HH

Does anyone know how many Grand Villas there are at HH?? And where the villas are located?? Thanks. Trying to plan a "family" trip.

If I recall correctly, there are 5 Grand Villas. They are located in buildings 16, 18, 19, 28, and 30.

If you're planning on high season, yes, it will be pretty difficult to get. Most people call day-by-day right at 11 months.

If you only have a 7-month window, you may be able to get the GV on a weekend, but I wouldn't hold my breath for anything more than that.

You might want to consider 2 2BRs (I know it's not the "same" as a GV!) or swapping points with a DVC member from HH.

If I can't get a GV, I may just get 3 Studios, and a 1 BR for me. LOL

Is one building better than another??? Are there any studios near a GV??? I don't want my parents way off in the lodge, and us at the other end of the resort.

Hi,

If you have the 11 month window I think you have a great chance. Two years in a row I called right at 11 mos. for the 2nd week of June and got it immediately. Sun-Fri no problem. Did not call day by day.

It is worth trying for this. Building 18 was a great location. Marsh view.

There is a studio beneath each GV at HH. While you can certainly request that location, it may be difficult to fill. 16 or the 21 studios are in the lodge area and the other 5 are under a GV. There aren't many GV's or studios (or 1BR's) at the resort.

We stayed in a GV in building 30 (3022)..It is at the very end and back of the HH resort. It was 2 summers(July 4th week) ago and we booked it day by day also
