But come on whats the big deal with the chicken sandwich. just put the meat on the bread . I understand u want the meat on the bread when u buy it . This is what i did............order a turtle crawl at the suitcase...thanks.....dave:cool:

I received a postcard from BCV, after my 12/02 visit, requesting feedback. The online survey was very detailed and gave many opportunities for comment. I suggested that they send these to ALL members after a visit. A lot of us don't take the time to write letters. A small sampling of visitors made sense when they were compiled manually, but an electronic survey is quick and would benefit Disney and the DVC.

Funny world. We took a couple down with us 2 years ago and they got tired of eating out every nite. So they opted to get a sandwhich from Goods'
They both got the Chicken Salad and absolutely raved about it for several days afterward!!
It's as they say--"No accounting for taste".

As far as writing letters or calling or complaining in anyway, forget it, it is not worth the time to me.
Actually, one could make the case that you've taken more time and effort to post and respond on this forum than it would take to address your concern to somone who can adequately respond and take action, in my humble opinion. I believe some of the rationale for keeping the fillling and sandwhich bread separate is to keep the bread from getting soggy, which I find very unappealing. I've had the tuna sadwhich plate at Vero, and thought is was fine, but that certainly doesn't mean your meal was fine. Disney food should be good, and if is is terrible, it should be corrected. Disney is one of the most responsive companies I've encountered, I think they do a great job in responding and surveying thier customers to learn about wants and expectations. Here's the contact information if it will help. Let us know what they say.

FYI - I got TWO survey postcards the last time that I stayed at BCV. I guess my opinions really count. :)
