Gunterville, Al Trip in June

I'm new to Disboards and saw that some of you guys and gals are planning a camping trip to Gunterville. Is the trip still on? I would like to join you and talk about camping at Disney. My first home. Thanks for any feed back.

I don't know about a trip to Guntersville, but you can sure get a lot of talk going here about tripping to Disney. What's your setup? Any definite plans for Disney? The Fort is always a good place to gather.

Retired and Happy, I wish I was retired but I'm sure happy. We have a Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel and we do have reservation at the Fort for Dec. so we hope to run into a few fort fiends. Hope to see you at the fort.

To answer your question, we hope to do a gathering in June. As of right now there has not been dates set,,but it is a plan. Theres fish in that thar lake that need ta be catched.
There are a lotta folk on these boards from Tennessee, I am from middle TN.
From what glorious state do you hale from ?

We lived in Jackson, TN for 3 years - don't hold that against me. (haha). I know that's technically West TN but we were weekend warriors and drove through Middle TN at least twice a month driving back and forth between Jackson and home (ATL 'burbs).
Also, we were at Guntersville last July...they have redone their lodge and have a really cool pool there.

People laugh at me when I refer to Nashville as "Nashvegas". Glad to hear someone else use it instead of laugh at it.
