My family is not usually too picky about the food at restaurants...we're pretty easy to please. We were looking to book a last minute CRT and the only availability was Gulliver's Grill in the Swan with Goofy and Pluto. We ate there for the very same CRT two years ago and didn't have a problem with it, so I grabbed the reservation. What a mistake!!! From food to service to even the characters...HORRIBLE!!! The buffet had a very small selection of food that just plain tasted BAD!! BBQ beef ribs, collard greens, roasted chicken, and salmon which would have been fine if it was edible. We had to ask that Pluto come over to our table before we left for a picture...even thought there were just a handful of people in the restaurant. And the kicker was that the meal cost us about $30 more than it did for other buffet meals around WDW. I know that sometimes you just hit a restaurant on a bad night, but I was really disappointed.
