Guidlines for tipping?

I received a link from a friend for tipping guidelines, and I was wondering if this is still up to date. I am trying to figure out all of our expenses. Do these numbers look right?

For a 3 day cruise....
Restaurant server $11.oo
Restaurant assistant $8.00
Head server $2.75
Stateroom Host(ess) $10.75

It states that these are per person.

I was just on the DCL website, and they are the figures I saw for the 3 day cruise. Of course that is just DCL suggested tipping figures.
