I found Maribella Quinones to be a good as they get and you could not ask for a sweeter person. call her ***-***-****. Just spoke with her today.

Our guide since 2001 has been Gib McCain. He has always been knowledgeable and helpful. He even gave us a tour of Sarasota Springs just so we could see what it was like. We have bought Boardwalk, Beach Club and Animal Kingdom through him. I highly recommend him.

Gib has always been great for us.

I love Ann-Marie El Hajj. During Hurricane Ike only 10% of phone calls were going through. She had to call repeatedly but I was able to buy my BLT points opening day.

Byron Hegelson is a great guide. Very informative and low key. Always responsive.

Ditto for Byron, great, genuine, honest guy, quick response and follow-up. I've been with him for 7 contracts!!

Tony is our Guide -- terrific, knowledgable, no pressure -- has helped with WDW questions other than DVC. Has also helped me with our DVC and how best to manage it. He's great! Highly recommend.

Randy Cook is our guide and get's a big thumbs up from both my DH and I. He consistently calls back the same day, with helpful information for our numerous questions. He is always friendly and never rushes us through our converstations.
