Guide Recommendation? VGF centric

After getting in robot options loops on the phone I tried the Chat. The person said I did not yet have a Guide assigned. She said Resale members don't get one automatically assigned. Don't know if that's 100% accurate or not, but thought it was interesting to share for this discussion.
