guide question

we were looking to buy from disney directly had a sales rep(guide) talk to us. we decided to buy (hoping the rofr goes well) from the timeshare store. if we do get our dvc do we get the same guide/sales rep i spoke to earlier??

Yes, you will have the same guide assigned to you. However, you most likely won't have much interaction with him/her, as you don't call guides for reservations, dining, etc. Reservatons go through Member Services, basically a phone bank similar to how you make cash reservations through Disney. Guides are basically sales people, and you'll deal with them if you decide to do an add-on contract directly through Disney in the future.

We get email and other DVC announcements from our Guide on a regular basis. Most are sales based but it's nice to be kept in the loop.
