Guide on sick leave - Who do I contact?

My guide has been on sick leave for a while, you can leave a message on her voicemail, but, a friend of mine waited for over a month to get someone to call her back for an add on. I have addonitis too and I cannot wait a month, where do I call? Is there a direct number to a main office?

I could not get my guide either and I called the main number on the web site and spoke to another who did my add-on in just 30 min
