Guide Book Suggestions

I have purchased the Birnbaum book for every WDW trip in last 15 years or so. Looking to put a guide book on my Kindle. Any recommendations? Not sure if I should stick with that or go with a different one.

Been some changes since last visit in 2014 and I'd like to read up first.

I have Birnbaum and The Easy Guide to Your WDW Visit. I think it used to be called "...to Your First WDW Visit" but dropped "first" since it has info applicable to repeat visitors .

Personally I'm a fan of the UOG (Unofficial Guide) that @Praying Colonel mentioned upthread. DMom and I have many copies of it throughout the years and I love that they have the comments from families in there, makes it much easier to parse through information. We don't really use the touring guides in the back at all, but it is helpful to have as a general guide.

I bought the Unofficial guide for our 1st visit in 2011 but honestly after finding these forums I can't imagine why anyone on these boards needs to buy another guide since there is more up to date information shared here.

If you've never been the very detailed ride descriptions, lengths and "scare factors" could be really helpful to many. Also without having been before you might not know what questions you have. I love the unofficial guide and buy it before almost every big trip even though I've been many times and am pretty active reading on the boards even when I don't have a trip planned. Also some people just really like books.
