Hi. I haven't been to Disney in a few years and I feel like I'm in way over my head! I think I need to buy a guide book but I don't know which one to get. I don't need one that's aimed at people with kids because there won't be any kids along on this trip (hence I'm posting this here). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My favorite was the Passporter. Its fun because its got pockets for stuff, photo ideas, places to keep stuff and gives very concise information that all WDW vacationers need to know. . .like fastpass, dining reservations, restaurant information, etc. Its very concise and easy to use.

I second the recommendation. Best single Disney reference. I have them for WDW, DCL and DVC.

There is also the out of print (1999, 2001) "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World for Grown-Ups" that you may be able to find.

My favorite is the Unofficial Guide to WDW. I love the big book...read it cover to cover many times and just find it hilarious. I guess I just "get" their kind of humor. If you're looking for something with color pictures and more condensed than the big book then I like the Color Companion to the Unofficial Guide.

I recommend going to your local bookstore and just browsing the guides there real quick to see which one you like best and then buy that one (or a couple of them). Different guides have different stuff to offer so you'll be able to find one that will suit your needs.

Also check out you local library. Look at what they have and see which books you like best.
