The info says Guests will have to go all the way to Germany,BUT there are restrooms in the "back" of Lotus Blossom Cafe in China that can be accessed.

Thanks for the laugh! I actually love the bathrooms in Epcot, I'd say the cleanest and quietest and nicest in all the parks.

it does but as I recall they are small - 3 or 4 stalls in the ladies. Always filled with little princesses !
