Guests Staying Off Property-Should I give them a map?!

We have about 20 guests staying off property with family, they are from Orlando, or they are just those anti-Disney people.


Should I send them a map; directions to the Wed. Pavilion; instructions that the Grand has far away self-parking?

I appreciate any recommendations.

If you have time, sure! It would be helpful, especially for those who've never been before.

If they're tech-savvy, it might be easier to do one on www.weddingmapper.com that they can just print out themselves.

I say rescind their invite and replace them with your DIS board friends


I agree if you have time, directions will help. For the WP they obviously have to go through the "parking/toll both" and may either flip they have to pay or think they made a wrong turn. I would explain that.

just a note that the WP has it's own close parking, so they don't have to deal with the GF self parking.

Mine did, but we were the only wedding at the WP last Tuesday, so I guess it would only be an issue if there were a bunch of other weddings where the lot would fill up - I wouldn't imagine that to be the case though.
