Okay, I'm starting to plan my April trip. I just made the decision to have the DDP for DH and I. I think I'm going to go with the basic plan, but maybe that'll change, gotta do the budget. Anyway, I have a friend who lives in the Tampa area, and she wants to come and visit us for a day or two. If she stays overnight, it won't be on property, but nearby. My question is this.....if she was to join us for lunch and dinner on day one, and breakfast or lunch on day two, can we still be on the DDP? How does it work? We would use our DP for our meals and they would bill us for her meals? Can it even be done to have some people at the table on the plan, and others at the table not on the plan? TIA

But you can't use the DDP for your guests meals. You or they will have to pay out of pocket. You will get a separate bill for anything not on the dining plan.
