I got a call today from guest services from the Email I wrote them June 30, 2002. I was surprised to here from them but I was please to see my letter did not go unnoticed. I thanks him for calling but told him I had already talked to the manager at BWI who handled everything for me. So that does go to show, what people say is taken into consideration.
