I read on a Disney Cruise Blog that on the Wish you need to make an appointment to speak with someone from that department or use the chat option. No more walk ups? Also at end of the cruise your folio with total charges are not delivered to your stateroom as in past cruises every thing is on your phone? I guess my only problem with this is disputing charges this could be a hassle.
