Is the guest services at Disney springs significantly better than at parks? I have a little bit of a weird ticketing situation & the helpful person I spoke & email with suggested going to Disney springs Guest services when we first get there. Is this because the line is generally shorter and inside or are the people working there more informed or better able to help with weird situations?

We will be arriving late at night & are planning to bus from pop century to MK & then go over to grand Floridian for breakfast (Alice is my daughter's favorite) and then would go to Disney springs to deal with tickets, then go back to pop century to swim & then to Hollywood studios around 3pm (we want to eat dinner there & do fantasmic).

It seems a little bit crazy... thinking if it's just for slightly shorter line we should just go to Hollywood studios a little earlier...

There is no reason to go to the Disney Springs one over any other. I'd just have it handled when you are at MK that morning. They might have recommended DS assuming you would not be going to a park on arrival night. I would not make a special trip to DS just to visit Guest Services.

No difference in GS quality in any location. They probably assume people want to get these matters taken care of before their first park day. As a rope dropper, I certainly would, but that's just me. Arriving early to your first park & making time for it would work just as well.

Great - thank you!
We will do rope drop almost every other day, but last time we didn't end up checking into the hotel until almost 1am due to very delayed flights & luggage problems & my family was not happy that I had planned to be getting up at 5:45 the next morning!

I recommend going to Disney Springs if you're arriving late and want to take care of tickets or issues then instead of using up park time.

If you don't mind waiting outside at a park guest service then that's fine. All the guest services are the same. It's just nice if you want to swing by late at night to DS and handle stuff then if say you were rope dropping a park the next day
