Guest Services?

Hi. I am a bit of a newbie to Universal (only been once). I need to upgrade my power pass AP to the premier pass. Both parks open at 7:00 (Early Park Admission) when I will be there. What time will guest services in front of the park open (sorry if this has been answered before)? TIA

Guest services open 30 minutes prior to park opening

If you need guest service help before the park opens go early to the outside of the park GS

I have had to do that on a few occasions

But I got in line 45 minutes prior to their opening and was 3 rd in line

Like mac said...those lines get LONG. Everyone waiting around for the parks to open with nothing better to do, haha.
