Guest services on embarkation day

I am trying to figure out what all I need to do at guest services as soon as we board. I know I may need to change Palo reservations depending on rotation and drop off pillowcases for signing but what else? I have already booked excursions. Can I register kids for clubs, book royal tea and get rainforest passes in the terminal? Sailing on February 22 on Fantasy!

Palo reservation changes are not handled at Guest Services. You'll need to check the Navigator you get in the terminal for the location to do this. You can register your kids in the terminal. I believe the Royal Tea is done at Guest Services (again, check the Navigator). Rainforest passes would be at the spa.
Pillowcases can be left at Guest Services.

It is a lot to take in before your first time... I would suggest just doing a glance at some of the recent Navigators posted online for your cruise. While it won't be identical to your cruise alot of the items will be especially the operational stuff like where to go to make changes and what not...

I suggest registering for the kids club online before you cruise. It's much faster to do it that way and then you only have to pick up your bracelet at the terminal.

Not urgent to drop off your pillowcases as soon as you board. You can wait until that night or even the next day. I'd only do that if I had to go to guest services for something else - of course if the line is short, do it then.

The tea needs to be booked immediately since there's such limited availability. We wanted to do it but it was on a port day where we had an excursion already planned.

Princess Tea is different from what it used to be...now there is a charge of $270 FOR 1 ADULT AND 1 CHILD. Each additional child is $210.00

Royal Tea on the Fantasy is different than "Tea with..." (princesses, Alice, etc.) offered on the classic ships (might only be on the Wonder right now).

Royal Tea on the Fantasy is pricey. Tea with... (could be princesses, Alice or other) is free.

Both have limited availability...though one might surmise the cost factor (or lack thereof) takes a role in how quickly either fills.

At GS, they handle reservations for the tastings and of course financial transactions.

Rainforest passes you should get them NOW by calling DCL instead of on the ship - that would be done at Senses and they will probably not have the daily pass but only offer you a length of cruise pass, at a higher price than individual daily passes.
