help, I need a number to guest services or lost and found. DD left her mp3 player at All star sports . What do you think the return rate is for items left in the rooms??

:scared1:

Do you have your room check out receipt or your ressie confirmation? The hotel # should be on there. I can say that on a Dec trip a few years ago, DH & I wore our leather coats on the way down and couldn't find them when we got home, because we left them in the closet at the BC  . I called and they not only found them, but shipped them to me right away. I still can't believe we were dumb enought to forget them :rotfl:

just looked, the resort link above takes you to resort info w/ phone #'s
AS Sports Phone: 407-939-5000

If it was left in the room I would call ASAP because they must have it.

Good luck and let us know how you made out.

I am embarrassed to say we have left things twice, one at AKL and once at BC, and both time our items arrived within a week of returning home.

We had left our camera battery charger in our room at AKL in 2004... DH called the hotel and said that yes they had it and that they would mail it to us... and they did :thumbsup2 !!!!

Let's just hope we don't forget it again on this trip... LOL :rotfl:

My son once left his sneakers in the room, and just a few days later, before he even realized that they were missing, they arrived at our house.
However, another trip he had lost his drivers license in the room and we couldn't find it anywhere. We contacted the front desk at the POR before we left and they said if they found it, they'd mail it to us. Unfortunately this made getting him on the plane on the way home quite a problem!
About a month later, he got an envelope in the mail postmarked Las Vegas with no note or anything, just his license. So who knows what happened to it.
