Guest services locations

I am wanting to upgrade our tickets BEFORE we enter the park on our first day.
Can anyone tell me where there are guest services locations?
We are staying at Movies and looks like we'll be going to MGM o the first morning.
Our flight lands at 8:00pm and we are takig a Limo to the hotel with a grocery stop so we most likely won't be in until after 10:00 or so.
I don't want to do alot of running around that night (no car), so if there is something near Movies that is still open late or at MGM in the morning.

Also does guest services have a phone number?

There is a Guest Services area right outside the gates of the park. If your looking at the turnstiles take a left and head down past the little gift stand and you'll come to a bay of windows, which is guest services.

I figured there was one right at the park but I wanted to know for sure.
We want to try and upgrade our 6 day park hoppers to a 10 day no expire and an AP before we used them so we get credit for the full amount.
In all of the planning for our Dec trip my wife and I decided to go sans kids in May and if we upgrade we won't have to buy tickets and hopefully can get a good room code with the AP.
