Guest Services locations- DAS card

Is it possible to go to a guest services outside of the park? For instance, you do not have tickets for that day. Is there a location you can go to, to get your card? Thinking/hoping of doing this a day in advance (we arrive a day before our first day in the parks). Are there locations that do this?

Post one of that thread includes information about where guests can go to request a DAS.
Each park has a Guest Relations outside of the park. There are times when guests are not able to get a DAS there - usually those times would be when it is extremely busy and they 'reserve' the outside of the park Guest Relations for people who are not able to go into the park (things like ticket problems or picking up tickets).

I would go to the Guest Relations outside of magic Kingdom.

I guess I was wondering if its possible to do it the day prior at DTD but I can imagine we won't be able to.
Our first day is at HS, so I figure that is where we will have to do it.

They don't issue DAS at DTD.
