Guest services hours?

We are arriving at about 8 pm next week and I would love to activate my AP that night to avoid any line in the morning. Does anyone know how late guest services in Downtown Disney is open?

Not positive, but I heard they are open until 11pm at DtD and 11:30 on the Westside.

We bought our AP's in DD Monday night of last week. I think they were closing at 10 pm. Maybe they are open later President's week?
