Guest Services hours?

So I am on my way to UO and I could not find my annual pass. I know Guest Services will take care of it, but I am bummed since I am sure it will cut into early entry. So my question is, if the designated park's normal hour is 8am, my ee will be 7am. When does guest services open so I can get a duplicate and hopefully not lose much time in my day and a half trip?

So in case anyone else needs the information, guest services opens 30 minutes before early entry. They took care of redoing my pass. Didn't miss anything!
