I will be checking how many days we have left on our non-expiring disneyworld tickets when I travel to Orlando for business in March. Would the Guest Services at DTD be the most convenient location to do this if I am not going to be going into one of the theme parks? I have never utilized the Guest Services at DTD so I am unsure how many CMs are available, what the hours are, etc? Advice from experienced DVC members? Thanks

DTD Guest Services would be fine. There are GS locations outside of each park (including at the International Gateway at Epcot) so you can go to whichever would be most convenient to your location.

Guest services at DTD is open, I believe, all the same hours the shops are open (so not super early in the morning, but pretty late at night). There are usually 2-3people on staff there. I think it is the easiest place to get to unless you are already going to a park. We've gone there many times with good results.

You can also visit one of the resort hotels to obtain this information, at least you could a year or so ago. It's too darn bad there isn't a phone number any longer to access remaining days - that I just don't get.

F. How can I Check on What Remains on Old Tickets?

Any Ticket Window or Guest Services Location can read your old tickets and tell what the remaining entitlements are. Also, if the ticket has become demagnetized they can issue replacements. The Resort Lobby Concierges may not be able to read all tickets.

See Post #13 in this thread for how to determine the serial number of the ticket(s)

There used to be a special phone number which you could all. It appears to be no longer available. If you are able to contact the Ticketing Office, the only information they will be able to give you is if the ticket is valid or not, they cannot tell you what remains.

If you go to Guest Services in DtD, there are 2 locations. One near Ghirardelli's in the Marketplace, and one at DisneyQuest on the WestSide. The one on the WestSide usually has shorter lines.

When I got my $399 DVC PAP in December, the line at the Marketplace had 25-30 people ahead of me. I left and went to WestSide, and there was only 1 person ahead of me.

I've never had any luck with the hotel concierge being able to read our old tickets.....since we're usually at BWV guest services at the international gateway has always been able to help us
