Guest Services - Epcot

Does anyone know if there is a Guest Services at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot?

That will be our first port of call, so will need to activate our APs or FITS tickets there.

Our plan was to activate there - so I am pretty sure you can

Just to the left of the turnstiles as you approach them is the stroller and wheelchair rental. It's also a little shop selling film, candy, etc. I'm pretty sure they must allow Epcot resort guests to purchase/upgrade/exchange at that location.

You can upgrade/activate your voucher at <i>any</i> ticket window, it doesn't have to be Guest Services...everyone just says that because that's usually where the shortest (but not necessarily quickest) line is

We've activated APs at the international gateway in the past with no problems.

Only (minor) issue is likely to be that often only one booth is open, and if a friendship boat has just docked there may be a small queue in front of you. Don't forget the photo ID, either new-style driving licence or passport, just in case they ask for it.
