Guest Services Counter at FW

Hello Everyone,

We want to add the Waterpark/Disneyquest option to our park hopper passes. According to the various websites we looked at (i.e. allears.net, mousesavers.com and others), they say this needs to be done in person at a Guest Services location.

Does anyone know if FW has a Guest Services rep who can do this for us?

Last time we were at FW I went up to Guest Services at FW to get some pass work done the told me all they do is sell ticket and any pass work I would have to go to the Parks Guest Services. That was last month. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the information. I presume that means we will need to head over to the MK to handle this. We are flying in relatively early on Saturday, 3/31, so we can take the boat over to the MK after we get settled.

Well, I don't know for sure but I'd check at the FW concierge desk at the Outpost when you checkin. They may be able to handle that for you.
