Hello! Just wanted to make sure there is a gust service office at the back entrance of Epcot on the Boardwalk/Beach club side? The only time I've done guest services was at Magic Kingdom, and it was usually a long line.

I think there is also a guest service at the front of Epcot by the monorail, but it would be ever so much more convenient at the back entrance because we are staying at Boardwalk.

Otherwise, is there a guest service office at Hollywood?

Any help much appreciated!

Yes, it is right there. I've used it a few times and it has been less crowded than the other guest service locations.

Yes there is guest services at the International Gateway entrance(back) into Epcot. We activated our AP vouchers there on our last trip.

Great to know! We will be at BCV next spring and will need to activate an AP as well.

They only had one window open at int entrance after 11 am when we were there for the recent anniversary day. Long line, seemed odd to only be utilizing one window IMO

Huh. Ok thx. How long was the line (how long did it take)?

The Guest Services at MK had very long lines whenever we went there. We need to make sure they prioritize our AP's and NOT use up our no expire tickets.

That was a busy day with the epcot anniversary in general. GS lines typically swamped when parks open.

WDW grabbed the 'wrong' tix before out of our MDE. Easy to stop anytime during your trip when you see the line has subsided and have them verify all is well. Just don't wait until after you leave. From experience discovered it's much more difficult to fix it once you are home via calling ticket research.

BWV is our home. I have used the guest service at international gateway several times.

Never had more than one person on line ahead of me .
All the cast members I dealt with were very good.

From what I can recall, both booths are open first thing in the morning....usually 2 people at each booth. If you are staying at BWV, I would stroll over there early in the morning....ask the concerige at BW what time the window opens. Sometimes it varies, but in the past the Guest Services, the booth on the left, handles Tables in Wonderland and passholder issues. The one on the right is people buying tickets and passes. At busy times, we've been told both sides handle everything. I guess it depends on time of day, time of year, etc.

We recently did an upgrade of current AP, bought PAP vouchers for 2018-2019 and had her handle AP renewal that I did at home. It took a while, as she went thru everything and double checked everything. Very important, bring photo ID for all, DVC membership cards, credit card and magic bands. We only had one person in front of us and I don't think anyone was waiting behind us when we finished. It was a Saturday morning during F&W.

Edited to add: Try to get to the window before the boat docks, or if taking the boat try to be the first one off.

We used the Guest services at International Gateway entrance the Sunday of Columbus day weekend. Wanted to upgrade our Gold AP to a PAP at no cost. (Mostly so that we'll be able to easily renew it as a PAP by phone in December.) There were 2 people in the booths AND 1 cast member with an iPad type device helping people in line. We got that cast member and he was able to take care of us, no problem!
