Guest Service trying to reach me

I finally got ahold of someone at that phone number, they said there was an inventory issue with the rooms at POR, no other details. They then offered me Boardwalk, Yacht, Polynesian, or Grand Floridian as a free upgrade. So I took Grand Floridian, since I have wanted to stay there for a while! I am so excited!

How did you finally get in touch with someone? Did you wait for them to call you back or did you keep calling that number? I got a call like that tonight too and no one is answering! It is 11:30 pm right now, so I assume they are closed. I need to know what they want!

I also had a hard time getting back in touch with them, by the time I heard the voicemail in my timezone, they were closed and no other guest service department could help me. Another guest service agent did leave a vm for me for the department that called, but honestly when I still hadn’t heard from them by 10am MT the next day, I just kept trying to call again myself until I finally got through, which took until noon.
