Hi

Can anyone please tell me how long it takes to hear from Guest Relations via email regarding possible pixie dust?

The automatic response was a little vague...

Hi again Julie!

When I emailed them our post-trip thoughts last July it took them a good 4-5 weeks to respond. The reply did say they had been exceptionally busy and the response time was longer than usual.

Hope you hear back before you go :goodvibes
 
you might not get a reply at all to be honest, unless it was something specific you asked about?
 
Thanks for the advice, If I dont hear back I will phone the hotel and see what they say! I hate being cheeky though. I just want this trip to feel special to my son who has recently been diagnosed with alopecia. He is only 6 and has lost a lot of his hair and has a hard time at school. He is embarrased and upset over it all. I was hoping Disney could arrange something special such as balloons from Mickey or even some chocolate coins for him.

That reminds me that I emailed them last June regarding our thoughts on our trip the highs and the lows and they never did reply!
