Guest relations email?

Hi everyone :). I have our DVC member services email if we ever need to send an email praising or lodging a complaint when we come home, but for the life of me I can't find one for the regular parks. We had an incident on our recent trip last week that I just would like to send a follow-up email to Disney on. Do any of my fellow dvcers have the correct email address I should use? :goodvibes
 
Sadly, we also had a situation on our last stay at the end of May. I am not one to complain, but it was a really bad experience. Being an owner, I felt compelled to let them know. I called the DVC member number and was told to send an e-mail to them through their webstie. You just long into the member website, and at the top there is a tab stating "contact us" (I believe). I sent the e-mail a few days ago, and had a quick response stating they were looking into it and that I would hear back from them in approximately 5 days. Hum, It's been 4 days now. Hope to hear from them really soon! Hope this helps.

Thank you for the response :goodvibes. I wasn't sure if I should go through our member services satisfaction team since it was park related and not DVC related. Normally I can brush most things aside, but this I feel I need to send an email to someone. I'll try sending an email to them. Thank you for the info and the response :goodvibes.
 

Is this also where you would report great service from a cast member? We had a Security CM go above and beyond last week at BLT, and I'd like for her to be acknowledged.

IMO that's far more common than issues, unfortunately people are less likely to report positives than negatives. While I don't have the details, I do know that Disney has a fairly extensive employee rewards system and that employees who are specifically recognized by guests reap benefits from it.
